This loaf is made using dark rye flour. It is dark, tangy and has a 'sponge-like'crumb. A bread for the fanatics or adventurous.
Made using 100% rye flour including the starter. Ingredients are:
Rye Flour, Water, Salt, Pumpkin Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds.
Try as an open sandwich with some strong cheese or with some pickles.
**We can't guarantee there will be no wheat in the loaf due to the small size of the bakery.
**All of our bread is what we would call 'slow food' and takes at least 16-24 hours to make. That is why we need orders at least 2 days before collection.
