A big part of what we do is supplying the local independent coffee shop and brunch scene with our artisanal bread.
We love good food, good design and good people. And that’s who we like to work with. We didn’t start the bakery to have a corporate, commercial lifestyle. We need passion, quality and good conversations to keep us going.
This is something we really enjoy doing. We’re really proud of the Swansea Bay food scene at the moment and love getting to know our customers. We want to develop long lasting relationships with our customers.
We deliver throughout the week so you don’t need to stock up your cupboards and freezers with a week’s supply of sourdough but mainly so your customers are getting the best quality Little Valley Bakery produce.
WHAT WE SUPPLY
We supply sourdough loaves, focaccia, malted wheat, white bloomer, rye, brioche, sourdough rolls and teacakes.
Our delivery run currently takes us to Gower, Mumbles, Sketty, Brynmill, Uplands, Town Centre, Brynhyfryd, Gowerton, Llanelli and Pembrey.
The delivery is free of charge but you must order a minimum of £15 stock.
