Hoogah is owned by Alec and Tam from Little Valley Bakery and their school friend, Angie. The team is born and raised in Swansea and its mission statement is to make a positive impact in the local area.
The name “Hoogah” comes loosely from the Danish word “Hygge”. Hygge means a quality of cosiness and comfortable conviviality that engenders a feeling of contentment or well-being….
And that is what is offered at Hoogah. A cosy, warming, everything-will-be-alright experience.
You can expect excellent coffee, craft beers, cocktails and wine alongside quality brunch, sourdough pizzas and small plates.
As a business Hoogah cares about ethics and morals. About the environment, about supporting the local economy. It wants to make change through business and to showcase that it is not only possible to do so but that you can thrive by doing it.Hoogah Website
