This loaf is made using fresh yeast and is not a 'sourdough'. It is however fermented slowly for extra taste!
A bread flour packed full of flavour due to the delicious blend of malted grains and wheat flour, chosen by Shipton Mill. A mix of white and wholemeal flour with malted wheat flakes and malted barley. Other ingredients are:
Flour! Water! Salt! Yeast!
Try it with a poached egg for your brunch!
**All of our bread is what we would call 'slow food' and takes at least 16-24 hours to make. That is why we need orders at least 2 days before collection.
