COVID-19 UPDATE - WE ARE ONLY BAKING ON TUESDAYS, FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS
This dough is made using fresh yeast and is not a 'sourdough'. It is however fermented slowly for extra taste!
We make this dough the day before baking, hence it's name 'Overnight White'. It's the closest thing we have to a batch white bloomer. Only 4 ingredients:
Flour! Water! Salt! Yeast!
A good all rounder!
**All of our bread is what we would call 'slow food' and takes at least 16-24 hours to make. That is why we need orders at least 2 days before collection.
