COVID-19 UPDATE - WE ARE ONLY BAKING ON TUESDAYS, FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS
This sourdough loaf is made using spelt flour from Shipton Mill. We use our white flour starter for this bread, but the rest of the loaf is made using spelt.
A real bread with only the following ingredients:
Flour! Water! Salt!
Has a delicious almost nutty/buttery taste.
**All of our bread is what we would call 'slow food' and takes at least 16-24 hours to make. That is why we need orders at least 2 days before collection.
